Qualifications Landscape industry and local landscape market knowledge.
Track record of success in developing business to business relationships and generating long term service contracts in the landscape, grounds maintenance, property management, or related fields.
Experience influencing key decision-makers.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Well organized and detail-oriented.
Computer skills (Outlook, Excel and Word with ability to learn new software) Networking skills.
Work independently and as part of a group.
