Summary We are looking for a knowledgeable molder who will be assisting with the molding process in the foundry department
Responsibilities:
Operate and maintain all machinery within the molding department Recognize and understand different types of patterns/inserts and gating/riser techniques General understanding of draft and parting of patterns Mold basic patterns using the tools and equipment necessary to cast usable parts following job order descriptions, notes and quantities Determine pattern clearance for different types of inserts and set them effectively in the mold Mull sand and operate conveyor system to get sand to correct hopper Perform all tasks involved with the pouring process Understand and return all completed patterns to the correct bin locations Requirements:
