The ideal candidate will have a solid network of established relationships in the Charlotte CRE/property management communities selling professional services; membership in the local Building Owners and Managers Association/BOMA chapter and other commercial trade associations is highly desired.
This individual should have at least 3-5
years' experience as a Commercial Sales professional with a demonstrated history of success in commercial real estate (CRE), and/or other sectors as well such as universities/education, healthcare, and government.
Requirements:
Excellent written and verbal communication skills Superb interpersonal skills, including the ability to quickly build rapport with prospects and customers Self-starter, with strong competitive sales drive Strategic thinking and planning Project management and multitasking capabilities & experience Strong organizational skills Well-developed technical skills (MS Office, CRM experience, etc.
)
